Offline access
Stayant keeps a copy of your dashboard — including upcoming check-ins — on your device, so a dropped connection doesn't leave you blind.
What works offline
- The dashboard (including Upcoming Check-ins) shows the last data it loaded successfully, with a banner telling you when that data was saved.
- If you open the app with no connection, you'll see "You're offline — showing saved data." at the top. Your saved dashboard is shown read-only.
What needs a connection
Everything else: opening bookings, making changes, messages, pricing, and reports all need to reach Stayant's servers. If you try while offline, the action simply won't complete — nothing is lost, and nothing is sent twice.
Getting back online
Once your connection returns, press Retry on the offline banner (or refresh the page) and Stayant signs you back in and loads live data automatically.
Signed out instead?
If your session was revoked (for example you changed your password or signed out on another device), you'll be asked to sign in again rather than shown saved data — that's deliberate, to keep your account safe.
